Our Education Ministry Coordinator is Tracy Bieger. Tracy says she has "Lutheran blood running in her veins": her paternal grandfather was a Lutheran pastor and her maternal great grandfather helped build Pontoppidan Lutheran Church in Fargo where she attended church most of her life. Tracy earned a Music Education degree from NDSU, where she met her husband, Ross Bieger. She and Ross were married in 2001 and have two children, Jonah and Elsa. In her down time, Tracy enjoys scrapbooking, reading, knitting, skiing and playing soccer.

Tracy feels she has a vested interest in children's ministry at Calvary since her children are young and will be here a long time. Adult faith enrichment is also an important part of her position as Education Ministry Coordinator, and Tracy welcomes ideas from anyone about adult Bible study. Tracy's favorite Bible verse is from Romans 5:3-4: "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."
